my instinct is advice but i cant think of anything actually helpful so heres my plan

Force the school counsceler to assume your identity and take the tests, see how stressful it is, then theyll be so stressed theyll let you be assessed. And if not you tell the school hey this person stole my identity, theyll be fired, and youll get to retake the tests since you never did them in first place - giving you more time to revise. Also, break the violin accidentally on purpose and use the orchestra time to do PT. then ride a unicorn into the sunset or something.

failing that, what i would do (which may not be the best indicator of something you should do) would be to ride it out. I’d focus on one little problem at a time and try to make life a little easier for myself a little bit at a time.
