I promise to remember you and the time we had,

The sun will rise to bring another day. Another memory of you,

Yet the heart will still hurt because it's of a distant past,

But who cares as long as something stays of the memory,

The wind will blow away the sadness of the moment with the hope to see you again,

As the water will bring another memory to the surface,

The fire will burn the sadness,

And the stars will write another story,
