I hate how I feel.

I hate that I’m so empty.

I hate that I don’t remember feelings.

I hate that the only feelings I feel are other peoples.

I hate that I’m always floating around my body,

Like I’m not even there.

I hate that I know no one will love me.

I hate that I know everyone will leave me.

I hate that I learned how the world worked at ten.

I hate that the people I called friends,

Were the ones that left me the quickest.

I hate that I can’t connect,

But I can feel what others feel.

I hate that I turned my emotions off like this.

But how do I turn them back on?
