It all started when a friend and I left the biggest town on the face of the contient. Though, not for the reason you may think. It was because we were framed for stealing 100g. When my friend, RhobeWhis and I, Jayko ran away, we noticed a creepy forest with a sign of skulls and crossbones. The death symbol, I realized we had our weapons, because we were going to start our adventuring very soon.
I had basic armor, made of steel, and a battle axe, made finely. My friend, RhobeWhis, had some enchanted robes, with Magic Empowerment I, yet, he relied on hand spells more than any battle staff. In which, we charged into the
"Cursed Forest."
Immediately, we ran into some enemies, a skeleton and two green slimes; They were seemingly blood thirsty, as they looked out in search of fresh meat to beat to a pulp. I ran in headfirst, straight into danger. I dashed and slashed the skeleton and hit him with a powerful attack, it was useful to be a barbarian. The rib-cage of the skeleton was slashed off and was detrimental to his structure. He fell down and I followed up with a powerful slash to finish him off.
He staggered back and collapsed into a pile of bones as RhobeWhis attacked a slime with a powerful fireball and it dealt some damage, but, the slime may have been on his last legs, but he became a fire slime. It attacked using a fireball and dealt slight damage to me. I ran forward and went for a slash. As my slash landed, it killed the slime, and the other looked in terror. It was actually scared!
I went in to finish the first one, and so did RhobeWhis. We killed it before it could run.
I saw a house and an interesting glowing tree and then I whispered to RhobeWhis, "Let's go left, I see a house, and a glowing tree!"
We quickly dashed forward as I saw something on the ground. A cloak raised up by a magical book. I told RhobeWhis brazenly, "There's a book and a cloak on the floor. It seems like the book has magical runes in it. I'll grab it."
