I laughed softly.

"You always make everything sound romantic."

He answered.

After lunch...

Korn took out the notebook we had started months ago.

He turned to a new page.

"I think it's time to add more."

He handed me the pen.

I wrote:

Graduate from university.

Support each other's dreams.

Travel across Thailand together.

Then he added beneath my list:

Meet every problem together.

Never sleep while we're angry at each other.

Keep choosing each other.

I looked at him.

"Still choosing me every day?"

He nodded without hesitation.

"Every single day."

The sun slowly began to set.

We packed our things and stood together at the edge of the hill.

The city lights started glowing below us.

Korn quietly reached for my hand.

"I don't want us to become strangers."
