今日到郎廷酒店出席商務會議，由於會議室冷氣強勁，期間走到 tea and coffee station 打算沖一杯熱茶暖暖身。Tea and coffee station 有酒店職員「駐守」，還未伸手拿茶包已主動問我要喝甚麼，回她說要 earl grey tea，對方竟然沒聽懂😳
還是第一次遇到本地酒店職員不知道伯爵茶。
聘用新香港人沒問題，但作為前線的酒店服務業，始終經常需要接待外國人，若連基本點餐也應付不來，恐怕會令人留下負面印象呢。
